Meet Our Leadership Team
At PRIDE, Inc., our leadership team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality disability support services in Southeast Massachusetts. With decades of combined experience (MANY served here at PRIDE, Inc.), we are committed to empowering individuals with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities to live, work, and thrive in their communities.

SARAH CAMPBELL
Executive Director
Sarah earned her B.A. in Secondary Education at Keene State College, and began her career working one-on-one with elementary students as a paraprofessional, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals of all abilities. Sarah joined PRIDE as a Vocational Case Manager in 2008 and quickly found her “second home”. Through her almost 20-year career at PRIDE, Inc., Sarah has served as the Program Manager and Director of the Day Habilitation Program, the Assistant Executive Director, and stepped into her current role as Executive Director in November of 2023. Sarah is passionate about staff development, fostering growth, and promoting the strong family culture that defines P.R.I.D.E., Inc.

RICHARD THETONIA
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at PRIDE, Inc., I bring over 30 years of experience in production, sales, and marketing to support the organization’s daily operations and long-term success. My journey with PRIDE, Inc. began in the late 1980s, when I served as a Work Supervisor and later as Production Coordinator—roles that gave me a strong foundation in our mission and services.
Today, I oversee plant and facilities management, contract procurement, and the daily operations of PRIDEWRX, our workforce development division. Through PRIDEWRX, we provide professional packaging, assembly, inspection, and direct mail services to businesses across industries, while creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. My focus is on building efficient systems that support both our clients and our mission of independence and inclusion.

SARA MCGUIRE RN CDDN
Healthcare Coordinator
Sara is a Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about providing holistic care that honors each individual’s unique abilities, goals, and quality of life. Since starting out as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2012, Sara has steadily grown her career in healthcare. After establishing a strong clinical background as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), she furthered her education and earned an Associate of Science in Nursing from Massasoit Community College. Her professional experience ranges from sub-acute care, long-term care, skilled home health care, intake coordination, transitional care management, and primary care. Sara joined PRIDE, Inc. in 2023, initially serving as Healthcare Supervisor before assuming her current role as Healthcare Coordinator. As a Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN) and member of the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association (DDNA), Sara is dedicated to advocacy, equity, and inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

JESSICA ANDREWS
Accountant
Jessica graduated Magna Cum Laude from Roger Williams University with a B.S. in Accounting. She has more than 25 years of experience in all facets of accounting, ranging from small business through a billion dollar corporation. Her belief is that a strong foundation is the key to any successful business, and this is developed through strong relationships and open communication.

BETH CONATY
AFC Director
Beth creates "families" here at PRIDE, Inc. She qualifies caregivers, screens referrals, and then obtains referrals approved to match caregivers with qualified members. She entered Human Services in 1990 after earning a B.S. in Social Work from Bridgewater State University, and obtained her state license that same year. Beth has had several years of experience in long-term care as a CNA, served as Case Manager for co-ed adolescents; Program Director of Adult Day Health; and Social Worker at various area institutions.

CAYTE FISHER
Day Habilitation Director
Cayte’s passion lies in advocacy and giving a voice to those who are underserved.
Cayte has served for over 20 years in the Human services field, beginning with the Department of Children and Families working with adolescents in a non-profit setting for several years, moving on to a preschool setting, and later transitioning to working with adults with disabilities at PRIDE, Inc.
Cayte began her career at PRIDE, Inc. in 2008 as a Developmental Specialist, moving on to Sr. Developmental Specialist in 2012. In 2014 Cayte was promoted to Day Habilitation Manager, and just recently took on a new role of Day Habilitation Director in April of 2023. Cayte has also served on the Human Rights Committee at PRIDE since 2012.
In 2006 Cayte earned an Associate of Arts in early childhood education. In 2010 Cayte received certification in Sexuality Education for the ID/DD population. In 2018 Cayte earned an Associate of Arts in Psychology continuing on to a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. Cayte has also earned many certifications in several facets of the Human services field.

TARA MAURICIO, COTA/L, CESP
Director of Employment and Services
Tara has served in various Human Services roles for nearly two decades. She earned her B.A. from Rhode Island College in 2009 and then returned to school to receive her A.A.S. in 2015. She is a Certified and Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant as well as a Certified Employment Support Professional, and enjoys combining her knowledge of industrial rehabilitation with her knowledge of disability services to make a difference in the lives of others. Tara’s passion lies in helping individuals to become independent and successful in their meaningful life roles though adaptation, modification, and breaking down barriers.

JENNIFER PERRY
Director of Community-Based Services
Jennifer is passionate about promoting self-advocacy and creating meaningful community opportunities for the individuals she supports. She is deeply committed to community involvement throughout Taunton and brings experience in disability services, youth services, and family advocacy.
After earning an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Bristol Community College, Jennifer continued her studies in Human Services and Women’s Studies at Fisher College. In 2014, she joined the CBDS program as a Case Manager, advancing to Program Coordinator before ultimately becoming the Director of Community-Based Services.
Jen is an active member of the Taunton Lions Club and volunteers with the Downtown Taunton Foundation, where the CBDS program proudly participates in frequent community service and volunteer initiatives.

KATE MURPHY
Human Resources Director
Kate brings with her 25+ years of professional human resources management experience. Her background encompasses human resources management roles within a variety of industries including: manufacturing, healthcare and non-profit. In her HR capacity the goal is always to foster fair and equal representation and protections for all staff as well as the organization.
She takes pride overall in acting as a dedicated support to staff, management, and the board to achieve a safe, trusting, and developing work experience and environment for all. Kate has sat on the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce HR Council (Foxboro) as well as currently sits on the board of AAIC in Attleboro an agency that provides support to those who struggle with hunger insecurity. She is also trained and experienced as a SANE (sexual assault nurse examiner) medical advocate and mandated reporter working within Morton and Sturdy Hospitals in Southeastern Massachusetts to support survivors of abuse. Kate studied an A.S. in Liberal Arts as well as received her HR Certification through Stonehill College. Her continued focus is prioritizing a caring and fair approach to those she has the pleasure to work with and support.
