PCA Management pca manager

PRIDE, Inc. assists eligible MassHealth members to achieve independent living through this community based support program. PRIDE staff aide people who have obtained a doctor's prescription for the service and who have a permanent or chronic disability that requires physical assistance with two or more activities of daily living skills(i.e. bathing, dressing) or instrumental activities of daily living(i.e. shopping, laundry) to obtain and maintain eligibility through skills training. A skill trainer is someone who provides educating and resources to an individual so that they can manage their own PCA program. PRIDE provides skills training to eligible members. Skills needed to manage the program include employer related tasks, such as hiring and training of PCA's and timesheet submission.
