PRIDE's Employment and Work Services are designed to help you figure out what will be the best career options for you and to provide you with job readiness, skill training, and the experience that will help you be successful when you get a job. This occurs in Vocational Evaluation, Center Based and Transition to Work Services. If you are looking for a job, our employment specialists will assist you to find one that you will like and be successful in.

Contract & Packaging Services

Your company may find significant savings in using contract services during peak periods or to supplement your own in-house capabilities on a regular basis. Whether your needs are short term or are required on an ongoing basis, PRIDE, Inc. is prepared to provide quality workmanship, competitive pricing, professional time studies with quotations, and the supervision of an experienced production planning and coordination staff.

Adult Foster Care

Adult Foster Care (AFC) is a community based supportive living program for adults with disabilities and elderly individuals who cannot live alone safely. Members are matched with approved families who provide lodging and personal care services in their home. If you have a relative living in your home that you are currently providing care for and you are not their guardian, you may be eligible to become an AFC caregiver for them.

The Day Habilitation Program

PRIDE Dayhabilitation Program offers members the opportunity to learn and improve their independence through a variety of fun activities both on site and in the community. Member's also have their health and medical needs monitored daily by our Health Care Supervisor Our Dayhabilitation services help improve lifetime skills and individual well being through fun and engaging activities. This is a fee based service that MassHealth pays for elgible people.
